Lanton Entertainment Privacy Policy

Lanton Entertainment is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our website and customers. We want you to know that we do not sell, rent or trade your personal data (emails, names etc) with anyone else. This privacy policy gives you more detailed information about when and why we collect personal information, how it is used and how it is kept secure.

All Lanton Entertainment related websites are run through third party websites (Wix.com, ReverbNation, Spotify, Amazon etc) and as such we do not see or use any cookie data ourselves. These websites will have their own cookie privacy information.

We use third-party providers, Wix.com, Sendowl, ReverbNation, Soundclick, Number1Music, Bandcamp and Soundcloud to deliver newsletters and control mailing lists for anyone who has subscribed to us. The mailing list is purely used to give you information related to our work and nothing else. For more information please see their own privacy notices.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any emails or by emailing us at lantonentertainment@yahoo.com.

For private work your data (name and email address) is only used in correspondence related to my work and is stored in my email accounts hosted by Yahoo. If at any time you wish us to remove your details please contact us.

When buying products from our website Payments are handled by Sendowl.com and Paypal. We do not see any details related to your credit/debit card and all such details are covered by their privacy policies. Email addresses are only used as required to deliver the products to you, handle enquiries or to provide refunds.

You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold. If you wish to do so please email your request to lantonentertainment@yahoo.com.

This policy will be reviewed annually but you will be informed of any changes when they occur.
